Test your skills in the Google Maps Platform Hackathon

Calling developers, innovators, data scientists, designers, educators, and enthusiasts – build and showcase your idea using Google Maps Platform. The challenge for this hackathon is simple: build or expand something you’re passionate about and create a unique experience using Google Maps Platform. 

The hackathon will accept submissions until November 14 on Devpost, and there will be up to four grand prize winners and four honorable mentions with up to $24,000 USD in total prizes.

How to enter

Go to Devpost to enter and submit your project. Make sure to take advantage of the tools and resources available to you! 

Here are some of the key rules to remember:

Your GitHub project code repository must include an open-source license and use at least two Google Maps Platform APIs. 

Show off your project in a short video (less than 3 mins).

Pick a category you want your project to be considered in.
